1. A solution (0.2M sodium dihydrophosphate): NaH2 PO4 - H2 O 27.6g, dissolved in distilled water, diluted to 1000ml.
2. B solution (0.2M hydrophosphate disodium water solution): Na2 HPO4 , 7H2 O 53.6g (or Na2 HPO4 , 12 H2 O 71.6g or Na2 HPO4 , 2 H2 O 35.6g) plus distilled water dissolved, add water to 1000ml.
3. The preparation of different pH phosphate buffer (PB) buffers
A liquid X ml (see table below), add B liquid Y ml, 0.2M petabytes. If distilled water is added to 200ml, it will be 0.1M PB.
