    Production principle

    1) Sulfuric acid hydration

    Acrylonitrile and water are hydrolyzed in the presence of sulfuric acid to generate acrylamide salt, which is then neutralized, separated, crystallized, and dried to obtain a finished product

    2) Catalytic hydration

    Mix 50% acrylonitrile aqueous solution and Raney copper catalyst into a slurry, react at 120°C for 2.
