If this phenomenon occurs, the heat transfer oil heater will automatically issue an alarm to remind the operator to check the power supply

Installation pipeline: When installing, first connect the high temperature pipe from the explosion-proof high and low temperature circulation device integrated machine to the equipment, and then inject the heat transfer oil into the oil tank.
When adding, do not exceed the upper liquid level indicator line of the oil sight window
.
Then connect the water inlet pipe from the cold water inlet to the water source, and connect the drain outlet of the drain pipe to the drain and then turn on the water source
.
3.
Inject heat transfer oil: add explosion-proof high and low temperature circulation device into the heat transfer medium, that is, heat transfer oil
.
At this time, it should be noted that the heat should not be heated up immediately after the heat transfer oil is injected.
The high temperature oil pump should be circulated for a period of time.
When the system pressure is normal and the pointer of the system pressure gauge does not shake left and right, the temperature should be increased
.
At the same time, you should also pay attention to whether the liquid level sensor in the expansion tank is working properly.
Take the liquid level sensor out of the expansion tank, with the sensor side facing up, and then start the circulating pump.
It means that the media shortage alarm function is normal
.
4.
Turn on the pump: After completing the above steps, turn on the pump switch, check and confirm that the pump is running in the correct direction, turn on the electric heating switch, set the temperature, and start the intelligent automatic temperature control operation
.
In terms of safety, it is recommended that users use high-temperature-resistant pipes with reliable connections.
When the loss of heat transfer oil is insufficient, it should be replenished in time to avoid mechanical dry burning damage
