    1-naphthylamine 6-sulfonic acid (1-naphthylamine-6-sulfonic acid) , also known as 1-amino-6-sulfonic acid, 1,6-Ke Liefu acid (1,6-Cleve's acid), 5- 5-amino-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid (5-amino-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid), molecular formula is C 10 H 9 NO 3 S, molecular weight is 223.

    White needle-like crystals or light gray crystals; hardly soluble in water, water solubility 1:1000 parts of water (16℃), almost insoluble in ethanol and ether , soluble in liquid caustic soda and ammonia; can be coupled with diazo compounds

    Refined naphthalene is sulfonated and then nitrated with mixed acid to obtain a mixture of 1-nitronaphthalenesulfonic acid, which is neutralized with magnesium carbonate to obtain three isomer mixtures: 1-nitronaphthalene-6-magnesium sulfonate, 1-nitronaphthalene- Magnesium 7-sulfonate and magnesium 1-nitro-8-sulfonate
