2-Naphthol is sulfonated with fuming sulfuric acid, the sulfonate is diluted, and the G acid is salted out with potassium chloride to precipitate the G acid into dipotassium salt.

In the sulfonation pot, add 100% sulfuric acid prepared from fuming sulfuric acid and 98% sulfuric acid, stir and cool to 10-15°C, gradually add 2-naphthol, and control the temperature not to exceed 40°C
Add potassium chloride and the washing liquid from the previous batch to the salting-out pot, and add water to adjust the volume
