    Production process

    1) 2-Chloroanthraquinone method

    Firstly, 115kg 2- chloroanthraquinone , 9kg copper sulfate , 160kg ammonia water are beaten, mixed thoroughly and then pressed into the ammoniating autoclave, heated to 213~215℃, reacted at 5.

    2) Anthracene-2-ammonium sulfonate method

    Heat to 184~188℃, pressure at 3.

    Quality inspection

    Content determination: accurately weigh 1g of the dried sample, place it in a 500mL beaker, add 20mL of concentrated sulfuric acid, and heat it on a boiling water bath until the sample is completely dissolved
    .


    After cooling, slowly add 150mL 50% acetic acid , cool to below 20℃, and titrate with 0.

    Product use

    Used as an intermediate for vat dyes, mainly used to manufacture vat blue RSN, vat yellow G, vat yellow 8G and 1-chloro-2-aminoanthraquinone dyes

    Security measures

    (1) The raw material anthraquinone and the product 2-aminoanthraquinone are toxic or irritating.
    Operators should wear labor protection equipment and strengthen ventilation in the workshop
    .

    (2) The ammoniation reactor must meet the pressure requirements, and the operator should strictly implement the operating procedures
    .

    (3) Packed in iron drum lined with plastic bag, stored in a cool, dry place, protected from sun and moisture
    .
