Professor Ma Lulin's team and researcher Ci Weimin's team from Beijing Institute of Genetics, Chinese Academy of Sciences explained the cellular ecosystem of renal cancer tumor thrombus

Renal cancer with tumor thrombus growth is one of the malignant features of renal canc.

In response to this problem, led by Professor Ma Lulin, through the cooperation of the two teams, more than 120,000 cells were collected from adjacent clear cell carcinoma, primary tumor and tumor thrombus tiss.

This study provides a potential therapeutic pathway and target for the treatment of advanced renal cancer and the reduction of tumor thrombus by panoramically depicting the tumor microenvironment differences between the primary tumor and tumor thrombus of renal clear cell carcino.
