    To explore the effects of four antidepressants on sleep quality, daytime fatigue and sleepiness, anxiety and depression symptoms, blood pressure, blood sugar, and electrocardiogram in patients with chronic insomnia, in order to clarify the efficacy and safety of the four drugs in the treatment of chronic insomnia

    120 patients with chronic insomnia were recruited and divided into agomelatine group, trazodone group, fluvoxamine group and mirtazapine group, 30 cases in each group
    .


    Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) were used to evaluate sleep quality, Flinders Fatigue Scale (FFS) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) to evaluate daytime fatigue experience and degree of sleepiness.

    General demographic data such as gender, age, education level, and PSQI, ISI, FFS, ESS, HAMA, HAMD, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, PR interval, QRS wave width, QTc interval of the four groups There were no statistically significant differences in baseline levels before and after treatment

    Compared with before treatment, the PSQI score, ISI score and FFS score of the four groups were decreased, and the ESS score was increased after 4 weeks of treatment.

    Compared with before treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the four groups after 4 weeks of treatment were decreased to varying degrees, and there was no significant difference in blood glucose, heart rate, PR interval, QRS wave width and QTc interval
