This special inspection is included in the inspection and assessment plan of the central and state agencies in 2020 .

The meeting pointed out that special inspections should adhere to problem orientation, highlight key links, and promote task implementation and policy implementation.
The first is to focus on clearing up the outstanding payments to private enterprises and small and medium enterprises to conduct supervision and inspection.
The second is to focus on promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out supervision, support the entrepreneurial innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and strengthen the construction of the service system for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The third is to focus on promoting the implementation of the policy of benefiting enterprises to carry out supervision, and urge local governments to implement the financial, taxation, social security, and phased reduction of electricity costs and other support policies that have promoted the resumption of work and production of small and medium-sized enterprises since the epidemic.
