Qinghai implements the in-patient medical mutual insurance plan for employees

The plan makes it clear that any active employee who has participated in the basic medical insurance for urban workers in Qinghai Province shall, in accordance with the provisions, pay a medical and life assistance guarantee for employees, and may participate in the 2019 activities of the Qinghai Provincial Workers' Medical and Life Mutual Assistance Guarantee Plan by the unit trade union. Units that have not established trade unions separately shall be participated in uniform by the employees of units belonging to regional and industry trade union organizations. Employees participating in the 2019 event are required to pay a mutual insurance fee of 100 yuan each.
2019 activity guarantee period of 1 year, effective from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019. The activities mainly reflect the characteristics of "effectively reducing the burden of medical expenses in hospital for employees", and all out-of-the-way medical expenses after the hospitalization of employees enjoy basic medical insurance, medical insurance for major diseases and medical assistance for major diseases are included in the scope of mutual medical insurance subsidies for employees. It is estimated that the participating employees of hospital self-funded medical treatment of less than 10,000 yuan can report more than 967.2 million yuan of mutual insurance benefits, 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan of mutual insurance benefits can be more than 589.66 million yuan, 100,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan can be over-reported mutual insurance grant 200.18 million yuan, 200,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan can be over-reported mutual insurance grant 1.6754 million yuan.
