According to the documents, the Food and Drug Administration has determined that enterprises that strictly implement the responsibility of the main body of food safety, have no record of violations of laws and regulations for 3 consecutive years, and have obtained honors in food quality, food safety and other aspects, as well as food safety control, quality management and other system certification and can continue to implement the implementation of the enterprise, included in the "Red List" management. The "black list" management system is implemented for enterprises that have lost their trust. In addition to administrative penalties imposed in accordance with the law, food producers and operators included in the "black list" will also be subject to key supervision, at least once a quarter, and shall be restricted from engaging in food production and business activities again within the prescribed period, and shall not participate in the evaluation and evaluation activities organized by governments at all levels and regulatory departments for two years. the
system provides for dynamic management of the "black list" and "red list", and the management period for inclusion in the "black list" is 1 to 3 years, of which the serious loss of trust is 3 years, the more serious loss of trust is 2 years, and the general loss of trust is 1 year.
