The four-party cooperation will create a new growth pole for Rudong in the coordinated development of renewable energy and hydrogen energy industries, and at the same time actively promote the transformation of local energy structure and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, and strive to create a new collaborative cooperation between central enterprises, local governments, and local leading enterprises.
