The scientific name of Clenbuterol is Clenbuterol (CIenbUterol HydrochIoride), commonly known as Clenbuterol , which is a β-adrenergic receptor agonist and is clinically used to treat bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema
Because the drug can increase lean meat rate, reduce fat deposition and promote animal growth, it is used as a breeding promoter by some animal husbandry companies
[Detection principle]
Two invisible lines are fixed on the central membrane surface of the Clenbuterol rapid detection reagent plate.
When the sample solution to be tested is dropped into the sample hole of the reagent plate, the sample solution diffuses upward due to the chromatographic effect
[Instrument and Reagents]
(1) Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Immunocolloidal Gold Rapid Detection Reagent Plate (40 strips/box)
(2) Straw (1pc/bag)
(3) Desiccant (1 tablet/bag)
(4) PBST buffer (1 bottle/box)
[Operation process]
(1) Add about 5g of pork tissue sample that has been cut or homogenized at high speed into a 5mL centrifuge tube, and the tube cap is tightly closed
(2) Heat the centrifuge tube containing the sample in a water bath above 90°C for 10 minutes
(3) After the heating is completed, take it out and cool it to room temperature.
(4) Pipette 3 drops (about 100 uL) of the boiled sample exudate into a 1.
(5) Pipette 3 drops (about 100uL) of clenbuterol hydrochloride tissue sample special dilution into a 1.
(6) Take out the test card from the aluminum foil bag and lay it flat
(7) Start timing after the sample liquid is dropped into the sample hole, and the result will be judged for 5 to 10 minutes
[Result judgment]
As shown in Figure 5-2
Figure 5-2 Judgment of Clenbuterol Rapid Test Results
(1) Negative (-) T line (test line, one end near the sample hole) is deeper or as deep as C line (control line), which means that the concentration of clenbuterol in the sample is less than 1μg/kg or does not contain gram of hydrochloric acid Lentro remains
(2) positive (+) T line is shallower than the C line, or no T-line color indicates the sample hydrochloride Clenbuterol concentrations above 1μg / kg; T more shallow compared to the line C-line, g denotes the sample hydrochloride The higher the concentration of Lenterol
.
(3) Invalid No C line appears, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the reagent plate has deteriorated and is invalid
.
In this case, read the instructions carefully again and retest with a new reagent plate
.
[Precautions]
(1) The reagent plate taken out of the original packaging bag must be used as soon as possible within 1h after opening
.
(2) Try not to touch the white membrane surface in the center of the reagent plate
.
(3) Do not use expired reagent plates
