[Operation method]

(1) Vaccination

① Contact method: When the sample is flat or solid, simply press both sides of the slide to the sample for 5-10 seconds

②Cotton swab sampling method (coating method): In areas where the inspection area is difficult to reach, a sterile wet surface swab can be used to take the sample, and then roll the cotton swab over the entire agar surface to inoculate the collected bacteria onto the slide

(2) The slide medium after culture inoculation needs to be carefully put back into the culture tube

Read the number of colonies directly on the slide

[Description]

(1) Except for the tested material, the surface of the agar medium is not allowed to touch any other materials or surfaces

(2) Hygicult culture tubes should be sealed and stored at room temperature (about 20°C), avoid wind and light, and do not allow freezing.

(3) The best way to dispose of the used Hygicult slide medium and Hygicult culture tube is to burn, sterilize with high pressure, or soak in a suitable disinfectant overnight
