      Use pulsed eddy current to sample a circle every 1m, and take 12 points in one circle, for a total of 160m

    " > Start testing

     

      On-site inspection is performed in groups of two persons.
    After simply setting the parameters, we can perform quick inspection after calibration on the outside of the pipe coating, and judge the corrosion status of the pipe wall by comparing the percentage of wall thickness change
    .


    In the process of on-site inspection, we received strong support and assistance from the owner.


     

      In the morning inspection, we found some corrosion thinning areas.
    The thickness of these areas did not change much, and the results were consistent with the results of the owner's ultrasonic thickness measurement sampling
    .


    Due to the high speed of pulse eddy current testing, there is no need to dismantle the insulation layer, which reduces the cost of testing and the accuracy of testing results, which has won unanimous praise from the owner and the personnel of the testing company

      At about 3 pm, we found a very serious area of ​​suspected corrosion, and the detected thinning was nearly 30%
