9 Method recovery and precision
Use puffer fish samples without 8 kinds of antibiotics for addition recovery and precision experiments.

The recovery rate and precision are shown in Table 6-34
.
It can be seen from Table 6-34 that the recovery rate of this method is between 83.

10 Applicability of the method
Using this method, add recovery rate experiments for 8 antibiotics at four levels of 1LOD, 2LOD, 4LOD, and 10LOD for puffer fish and eels.
The analysis results are shown in Table 6-35 and Table 6-36
.
The 8 kinds of antibiotics in puffer fish have 1LOD of 2.

11 Repeatability and reproducibility
Under repeatability test conditions, the absolute difference between the two independent test results obtained does not exceed the repeatability limit (r).
If the difference exceeds the repeatability limit (r), the test results should be discarded and the two individual tests should be completed again.
Determination
.
Under the reproducibility test conditions, the absolute difference between the two independent test results obtained does not exceed the reproducibility limit (R)
