Recently, the Italian company Renco will build a 250 MW combined cycle thermal power plant
in Yerevan, Armenia.
The project, valued at $250 million, is primarily implemented by ArmPower CSJC, a special purpose entity
owned by Italian company RENCO S.

The power plant, which will be built in 26 months, will provide cheaper electricity
compared to other plants.
It was revealed that about 1,000-2,000 people will participate in the construction
of the TPP.
When completed, it will create 230 new jobs

Construction work will begin
after the financial calculations are completed.
Renco has been based in Armenia for 16 years and is an Italian company whose core business includes engineering and construction services
in the energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors.
