With the advancement of subsidy declarations, China Southern Power Grid and State Grid have successively announced the list of projects in the subsidy list within their jurisdiction.

To this end, the "Measures for the Determination of Renewable Energy Power Generation Projects' Full-Capacity Grid-connection Time" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") issued simultaneously this time proposes that the on-grid electricity price for the full-capacity grid-connected time of the project is implemented by the local energy supervision department and The power grid company determined that for batches connected to the grid, the on-grid electricity prices should be confirmed separately according to the actual time of each batch of full capacity connected to the grid.

According to this method, when applying for a list of subsidies for renewable energy subsidy projects, a commitment to the time for full-capacity grid connection should be submitted and relevant verification materials should be submitted.

According to the "Measures", in the determination method, if the above three time is inconsistent, it can be dealt with in two situations.
