On April 28, 2020, the ANZ Food Standards Agency (FSANZ) issued a recall notice, and The Kimchi Company Pty Ltd is recalling two Korean kimchis because of the risk of microbial contamination due to insufficient salt in the product.
the recalled product is as follows: the product weighs 600g and 300g and has a shelf life of September 22, 2020.
the product is sold at Harris Farm Markets in New South Wales.
Food Standards Agency advised consumers who have purchased the products not to eat them and to return them for a full refund.
