In order to realize the standardized breeding of Rongchang pigs and help the brand development of Rongchang pigs, since the beginning of this year, our city has formulated and released 10 local standards for Rongchang pigs, focusing on the breeding of Rongchang pigs, reserve boars, pork quality and pork production and processing

These 10 local standards include "Technical Specifications for Rongchang Piglet Feeding and Management", "Technical Specifications for Rongchang Pig Small and Medium-Scale Pig Farm Construction" and so on

The relevant person in charge of the Rongchang District Animal Husbandry Development Center said that at present, they are making videos according to the 10 standards, and they plan to publicize, explain and promote the application of these 10 standards to the majority of small and medium-scale farmers from July this year
