    as promising as low-carbon energy.

    Alexandr Korchaguin commented that much remains to be done
    to obtain the necessary permits for the work of wind farms and their connection to the wholesale electricity market.

    Rosatom sees wind energy as an important part of
    the company's non-nuclear projects.

    NovaWind will need to build a wind power facility
    with a cumulative installed capacity of 1 GW by 2023.
    These facilities should be built in the Republic of Adygea, Stavropol and Rostov regions
