The Eastern Russia website reported on March 15 that Russia suspends sugar exports
to third countries until August 31, and grain exports ( wheat , mixed wheat, rye , barley , corn ) to Eurasian Economic Union countries until June 30
.

The above-mentioned goods are permitted to leave the country if they are in the framework of international transit transport for the purpose of providing humanitarian assistance
