    Russian Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Agency on August 17 news: In March 2021, the Moscow City, Moscow and Tula Oblasts under the Russian Federal Veterinary Plant Administration conducted random inspections on the products of a food company in their jurisdiction.
    The samples were sent to the central scientific and methodological veterinary laboratory for quality and safety index testing

    After testing, the sausage samples contained antibiotics sulfathiazole and florfenicol, which violated the relevant requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulations "Food Safety" and "Meat and Meat Products Safety"

    At present, the Moscow City, Moscow and Tula Oblasts under the Russian Federal Veterinary Plant Administration have ordered the company involved to terminate the conformity declaration of the above-mentioned substandard products, and the company has been fined 150,000 rubles (approximately RMB 13,000).
