containing more than 5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 milliliters 。 Fruit juices, nectar, syrups, dairy products, fortified nutritional foods (except tonic drinks and carbonated drinks), kvas with an alcohol content of more than 1.
2%, fermented stock liquids such as grapes and berries, plant-based beverages made from cereals, legumes, oilseeds, nuts, coconuts and their processed products, as well as special products registered in accordance with the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, are not subject to the above-mentioned excise tax
