    According to materials from the Russian Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine Service, Russia's exports of foreign meat products increased by 13% overall, with poultry meat exports increasing the largest and highest growth rate - by 24% to 336,000 tons

    "In 2022, livestock products were exported to dozens of countries, and exports of most products increased
    compared to the same period in 2021," according to the Russian Agency for Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine.
    According to statistics from the Federal State Information System of the 'Argos', as of 23 December there was an overall increase of 13 per cent
    in meat exports to external markets.
     
    According to materials from the Russian Agency for Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine, poultry meat exports grew among the best: exports to 33 countries, up 24%, to 336,600 tons; pork exports ranked second: exports to 14 countries, the total export volume increased to 145,900 tons; meat export ranked third: exports to 23 countries, up 4%, to 76,400 tons

    Beef exports to 24 countries, up 9 per cent to 33,500 tonnes, lamb exports to 3 countries, fivefold to 913 tonnes, dairy exports to 21 countries, and fish and fish products to 53 countries

    Exports to Vietnam, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Belarus grew the fastest
    .
     
    In 2022, Russia received the right to export a total of 32 types of food to 39 countries, including dairy exports to Qatar, dairy products and cowhides to Thailand, fish and fish products to the United Arab Emirates, fish products, finished meat and dairy products to Nigeria, feed to Myanmar and other poultry by-products
    to China, according to the Russian Agency for Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine.
