Recently, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) announced that three of its specialty solutions have won the 2022 "R&D 100" award
in this year's Global Research Innovation Competition.

According to reports, the three winning schemes are: LNP THERMOCOMP OFC8V polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) glass fiber reinforcement material, LNP ELCRIN IQ resin renewable polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) material and LNP THERMOCOMP WFC061 resin
for radar equipment.

Ernesto Occhiello, executive vice president of SABIC's specialty materials, said the specialty business continues to create value by pushing the limits of the physical properties of materials to help customers meet a variety of challenges
