For large packages such as steel bottles for dangerous liquid reagents, a special device is required for safe access.

Figure 23-29 Large-package flammable liquid reagent cylinder

    Figure 23-30 Air intake assembly

Figure 23-31 Liquid outlet valve assembly

    (1) Connection

Connect the joints to the corresponding valves respectively, and check the air tightness with inert gas, as shown in Figure 23-32

    (2) Press material

    (1) Connect the inlet connector to the inert gas port, and the corresponding port of the outlet B valve to communicate with the receiving container

    (2) Open the inert gas valve and the green inlet valve to fill the cylinder with gas

    (3) Open the outlet valve, outlet A valve, and B valve in sequence, and press the liquid into the receiving container, as shown in Figure 23-33

    Figure 23-32 Connection

    Figure 23-33 Press material

    (3) Stop pressing

    (1) When the sample volume is about to be reached, turn off the emotional qi in turn

Body valve, inlet valve, outlet valve, outlet A valve

    (2) Connect the corresponding interface of the outlet C valve with inert gas

    (3) Open the inert gas valve and the liquid C valve in sequence, and blow out the remaining liquid in the valve pipeline

    (4) When there is no residual liquid flowing out, close the inert gas valve, valve C, and valve B, as shown in Figure 23-34

    Figure 23-34 Stop pressing

    (5) Disconnect the pipeline connecting the inert gas and the receiving container, remove the two joints of the steel cylinder, and perform a separate safety quenching and cleaning treatment on the inside of the outlet valve joint

    4.

    (1) Metal spoons cannot be used for sampling, but horn spoons can be used

    (2) Sampling and weighing in an inert gas atmosphere glove box
    .

    (3) If the relative humidity is less than 50% in dry weather, a small amount of sampling (amount of a few grams) can be carried out under normal conditions as appropriate, but the action must be accurate and rapid.
Prepare all kinds of emergency work and preparatory work in advance, and all instruments It should be pre-dried and protected with inert gas, and fire-fighting equipment should be prepared
    .

    (4) First weigh the LiAlH 4 with an Erlenmeyer flask , then cover the mouth of the bottle with a nitrogen balloon (use nitrogen to check for leaks in advance), turn it upside down, and transfer all the LiAlH 4 to the balloon
    .
Then put the LiAlH 4 balloon (cover) on the mouth of the reaction bottle equipped with the drying tube
    .
When feeding, lift the balloon, shake LiAlH 4 into the reaction bottle , and decide the feeding speed according to the reaction situation
