According to Reuters Riyadh on October 23, at an investment conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Saudi officials said that Saudi Arabia has signed more than $50 billion in oil, gas, infrastructure and other areas of agreements

at the Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh.
The killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi followed a boycott of the plan by Western politicians, international bankers and executives

Saudi state television said companies involved in the deal included commodities traders Trafigura, Total, Hyundai, China North Industries, Schlumberger, Halliburton and Baker Hughes

Switzerland-based Trafigura said it has partnered with Riyadh-based Modern Mining Holding Co.
A joint venture cooperation agreement
was signed.
Saudi Aramco said it has signed agreements
worth more than $34 billion with 15 international partners.
THE DEALS INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INTEGRATED PETROCHEMICAL PLANT AND DOWNSTREAM PARK IN THE SECOND PHASE OF THE SATORP REFINERY, WHICH IS JOINTLY OWNED BY SAUDI ARAMCO AND TOTAL; and Saudi Aramco and Total's investments
in retail gas stations.
