On January 6 , the single-cell data IO software "scDIOR" developed by Chen Jiekai's group was published online in the journal BMC Bioinformatics .

Single-cell sequencing is widely used, and its data has the characteristics of large sample size, large amount of information, and extremely complex statistics and mining.

In order to solve the above problems, Chen Jiekai's research group developed the software scDIOR , which unifies the three mainstream data structures of R and python platforms, namely Seurat , SingleCellExperiment and Scanpy
