On March 9, the National Development and Reform Commission filed a record for the Kyrgyzstan Zhongda Petroleum Phase II upgrade project of the Central Asia Energy Company, a subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal Group
The project is located in the Eastern Industrial Park, Calabad City, Chuhe State, Kyrgyzstan, covering an area of 350 hectares.
On this basis, Shaanxi Coal Group fully grasped the new opportunities for the development of the "Belt and Road", unswervingly implemented the "going out" strategy, and started the implementation of the second-phase upgrade and transformation project of Zhongda Petroleum
After the second-phase upgrade project is fully completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual operating income of 500 million US dollars and a profit of 15 million US dollars, and its market share in the local refined oil market will increase to 45% to 50%
