will be identified.

The Measures specify that 12 conditions need to be met for expansion, including: a comprehensive score of not less than 80 points in management assessment; The operating income of the leading industries in the park accounts for more than 60% of the total operating income of the park, the average output value of completed projects per mu is not less than 3 million yuan, and the developed and utilized area is not less than 80% of the existing area of the park; The utilization load of centralized sewage treatment facilities shall not exceed 80% of the treatment capacity; No major or above environmental emergencies and production safety accidents have occurred within two years; In principle
, the expansion area should be concentrated and connected with the park.

The Measures stipulate that the announced park expansion area should be built in accordance with the standards stipulated by the state and provinces, and at the same time can undertake the construction
of chemical projects that meet the policy requirements.
Before the project is put into operation, the expansion area of the park should pass the acceptance
organized by the provincial chemical industry special action office.

It is worth mentioning that the "Measures" make it clear that the provincial government will no longer newly identify key chemical monitoring points in principle, and counties (cities, districts) with conditions can gradually merge the identified and announced key chemical monitoring points into the park management

If the key monitoring points of the chemical industry are merged into the park, they may not be centralized and contiguous with the park, but they must be within the jurisdiction of the same county (city, district), and no more than 3 areas in a single park, and be managed in a unified manner
