In 2018, my country's chemical parks vigorously promoted the supply-side structural reforms, integrated and upgraded chemical parks in many places, subtracted from the quantity, and added to the quality of development.

The fourth is to comprehensively strengthen the park assessment management.
Strengthen the dynamic management of the whole process of the park, and rectify the unqualified ones within a time limit.
For parks with major or above outstanding environmental incidents or production safety accidents, the procedures for new and expanded projects other than environmental pollution remediation projects and safety hazard remediation projects shall be suspended within one year.
If there are major hidden dangers such as safety distance and health protection distance that cannot be completed within the promised time limit, the park qualification will be cancelled, and a healthy competition development mechanism with entry and exit will be formed.

The fifth is to accelerate the identification of key monitoring points.
In accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Identification of Key Monitoring Points for Chemical Industry in Shandong Province", the identification of key monitoring points has been initiated.
Up to now, the province has declared 93 and the third-party organization has completed the review of 60.
In accordance with the principle of "mature batch, research batch, release batch", it is planned to send the * batch of key monitoring review reports to relevant provincial departments for review in the near future, and then submit them to the provincial government executive meeting for research and review.
It is planned to complete the application before the end of March 2019 and complete the certification work before the end of June.
