On October 10, it was learned from the Emergency Department of Shandong Province that the "one enterprise, one product and one code" identification management of hazardous chemicals will be implemented for chemical enterprises and chemical-related products in the province to further strengthen safety risk identification and control and strictly prevent accidents

The Emergency Department of Shandong Province emphasizes that every hazardous chemical production, import enterprise production and import in the province must have a corresponding and unique safety information QR code, so as to provide information technology support
for the accurate supervision of hazardous chemicals and the efficient transmission of hazard information.

According to the requirements of the Emergency Department of Shandong Province, before September 30, 2022, enterprises producing and importing hazardous chemicals in the province shall approve, update and supplement enterprise registration information
in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements.
After the relevant information is approved, the safety information code of each hazardous chemical produced or imported by the enterprise will be automatically generated, and it will be included in the chemical hazard information management
after downloading.

Before October 30, 2022, enterprises producing and importing hazardous chemicals in the province shall print or post safety information codes on the packaging (including outer packaging) of hazardous chemicals, and can also be printed in the blank space of chemical safety labels, so that downstream users, government regulatory departments, emergency rescue teams, and relevant personnel can obtain chemical safety information
through digital technology.

to the transportation link.

of purchased chemicals in a timely manner.
Enterprises producing, operating (with storage) and using hazardous chemicals should ask suppliers for safety information codes and chemical safety data sheets and chemical safety labels, timely, accurate and comprehensive grasp of purchased chemical safety information, and establish and improve digital archives
of chemical hazard information.
