In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Food Safety Regulations and other provisions, the relevant information of our bureau to carry out food safety sampling inspection in the city is hereby announced as follows:

The sampling information covers 6 major categories of food, including: fried food and nut products, meat products, condiments, pastries, frozen drinks and convenience foods

A total of 518 batches of samples were sampled, of which 515 batches were qualified and 3 batches
were unqualified.
The unqualified samples were 1 batch of fried food and nut products (unqualified items: acid price), 1 batch of condiments (unqualified items: cypermethrin and high-efficiency cypermethrin), 1 batch of pastries (unqualified items: natamycin), and the sample information is detailed in the annex
.

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned random inspection, our bureau has requested the relevant district market supervision administration to investigate and deal with the unqualified food and its producers and traders in a timely manner, investigate and deal with them according to law, further urge enterprises to perform their statutory obligations, and record the relevant information in the food safety credit file
of food producers and traders.
The investigation and handling situation shall be disclosed
by the district market supervision administration responsible for the investigation and handling of the case in the location of the enterprise.

In particular, consumers are reminded that if they purchase or find substandard food listed in the annex in the market, please call the food safety complaint reporting hotline 12315 to make a complaint
