Recently, Shanghai issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of New Energy Vehicle Time-sharing Leasing Industry in the City", which proposed to promote the promotion and application
of new energy vehicles by vigorously developing the new energy vehicle time-sharing leasing industry.
The Guiding Opinions clarify the future development goals of Shanghai's new energy vehicle time-sharing leasing industry: by the end of 2016, the new energy vehicle time-sharing leasing service and operation will begin to take shape, with more than 1,000 service outlets, more than 3,000 pure electric vehicles and more than 5,000
charging piles.
By the end of 2020, a network of charging facilities covering a wide range and interconnection will be basically formed, and the charging service radius of the central city will be less than 1 km, basically meeting the travel needs
of more than 40 million person-times per year in the central city.
In addition, Shanghai also pointed out in the notice that in line with the requirements of the "Internet +" era, vigorously developing the time-sharing leasing industry of new energy vehicles plays an important role
in promoting the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, promoting the innovative development of car sharing models, and reducing traffic pollution emissions.
