Recently, the Shanxi Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized food safety supervision and random inspection, sampling health food, biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience food, bee products, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, vegetable products, fruit products, potatoes and puffed foods, quick-frozen foods, candy products, beverages and edible oil, 738 batches of samples of fats and their products in 25 major categories of
food.
Inspection and judgment according to national food safety standards: 725 batches of qualified samples and 13 batches
of unqualified samples.
