On June 2, 2016, Shaoguan Luxtom charging station was completed and officially electrified

in Shaoguan that is uniformly planned.
It is reported that the newly built charging station can accommodate 28 new energy electric buses at the same time to provide charging services, and it only takes 10 minutes to charge the
buses.
The newly built charging station, located in Shaoguan Bus Company, six kilometers south of Shaoguan City, will provide fast charging services for new energy vehicles, covering an area of about 1,000 square meters, with a total of 14 fast charging equipment, including 1 250KW split and 13 100KW integrated types, which can provide charging services for 28 new energy electric buses at the same time
.
The 250KW fast charging device can fully charge the bus in 10 minutes and can run 80 kilometers.
According to reports, the charging station is built according to the national standard throughout the process, and has a background detection and alarm system, accurate fault prediction, fire extinguishing equipment and line protection equipment, etc.

Relevant personnel said that in the process of converting the urban public transport system, there will be various problems such as imperfect supporting facilities and insufficient supporting facilities for new energy vehicles, and if the purchase of new energy vehicles cannot meet the daily operation charging needs, it will greatly restrict the promotion and demonstration application of new energy vehicles, so the completion of charging stations can solve the above problems
