Shengao Chemical Antioxidants won the award

On November 8, the Anhui Science and Technology Award Conference was held
in Hefei.
Shengao Chemical's "key technology of one-step continuous synthesis and process strengthening of p-phenylenediamine antioxidants" won the second prize of Anhui Science and Technology Award
.

In view of the key technical problems of rubber antioxidants industry at home and abroad, the project independently developed a catalyst with bifunctional synergistic catalytic effect, developed a one-step continuous new process, improved the reaction conversion rate and selectivity, shortened the reaction time, and realized the efficient and stable production
of p-phenylenediamine antioxidants series products.
The product quality of the project has been affirmed by well-known rubber and tire manufacturers at home and abroad, forming good environmental, economic and social benefits, and making important contributions
to promoting the efficient, green, safe and sustainable development of China's fine chemical industry.

The technology has also won the second prize of the 2018 National Technological Invention Award, passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in June 2020, and was listed in the "Petrochemical Industry Encouraged Promotion and Application Catalogue (First Batch)
".
