A few days ago, an old heavy oil well with almost no oil production in the old heavy oil well in the 4th unit of Sha4, Block 4, Sha4, Shengli Le’an Oilfield, turned to microbial throughput.
The viscosity reduction rate of crude oil reached more than 73%, and the daily fluid production was 6.
    4 cubic meters.
    Meters, 5.
4 tons of oil per day

After years of thermal development in Block 4 of Block 4 and Unit 4 of Sha4, the block has low energy, low oil production and low fluid, old wells have no benefit in turnaround, and gas channeling is getting worse
The new wells that have been infilled in the past two years are facing the problem of rapid decline in heat production and large investment, and there is an urgent need to find more economical and effective development methods

In view of the difficulties in the block, the scientific research personnel of the Institute of Microbiology of Shengli Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute preferred well C4-3-X533 as the microbial huff and puff test well, and carefully designed and repeatedly demonstrated the whole process of formula optimization, slug design, well opening and tracking
The well has injected 2,300 cubic meters of microbial activator bacteria liquid and 50,000 cubic meters of nitrogen

After the well was shut in for a period of time, the bacteria concentration reached 107 cells/ml after the well was opened, which was more than 4 orders of magnitude higher than the original, and the crude oil viscosity dropped to 1065 mPas

The well is currently producing stable, with a water cut of 16%
