The National Development and Reform Commission's official website recently announced that in order to promote the development and utilization of coal-bed methane resources, increase clean energy supply, improve coal mine safety production conditions, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and help the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Jinjin energy low-carbon transformation, it agreed to build Shenmu -Anping coalbed methane pipeline project (Shaanxi-Shanxi section)

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 960 million yuan.
The construction unit is China United Coalbed Methane Co.
, Ltd.
The construction site is located in Shenmu City, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province and Xing County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province
.

The project has a gas transmission capacity of 2 billion cubic meters per year, a design pressure of 8 MPa, and a pipe diameter of 813 mm

The National Development and Reform Commission requires the project unit to further implement the spirit of the reform of the oil and gas pipeline network operation mechanism.
