sell all or part of Siemens Gamesa.

Spanish media outlet Expansion quoted financial sources earlier this month as saying, "Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Shanghai Electric have contacted Siemens to assess their willingness
to sell.

Siemens Energy, spun off from parent company Siemens, owns 67 percent of Siemens Gamesa, the world's second-largest wind turbine manufacturer
after Denmark's Vestas.
