Moscow, Russian Satellite News Agency (MOSS) -- The Russian Bureau of Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine said that since the Russian ban was lifted, China's first batch of oranges was directly transported to the Amur region through the "Blagoveshchensk-Heihe" land port in early October, with a cargo weight of more than 7 tons
    .

The bureau noted that the oranges had passed phytosanitary inspections, no quarantine had been found in the fruits, and they had been allowed to be sold
    freely.

Affected by the frequent incidents of quarantine substances detected in citrus fruits by the Russian Federal Animal and Plant Supervision Service, the Russian Federal Service for Animal and Plant Supervision has suspended the import of citrus fruits
from China from January 6, 2020.
With the guarantee of the General Administration of Customs of China, Russia and China worked together, and on February 3, 2022, the entire ban on the transportation of citrus fruits was lifted, and in mid-July the Amur region received a batch of lemons
weighing 25 tons imported from China.
