Singapore-Guam submarine cable system is planned to be tendered

Singaporean telecommunications service provider RTI Connectivity (RTI) plans to issue an invitation to tender for a new submarine cable connecting Singapore, Indonesia and Guam, and possibly build a branch to connect Darwin
, Australia.

The tender documents call for the establishment of a major submarine cable system with a capacity of more than 100Tbps between Singapore and Guam, with branch paths
to Darwin (and Dili, East Timor's eastern port city) and many cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Java, Makkassar and Cortitan.

And on Guam, the cable system will connect to Australia, Japan and Hong Kong
through Gateway Network Connections with other cables from RTI.
