Location of bid opening: Conference room on the 12th floor of Humei Hotel, Fengze District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province (if there are changes, we will notify you later).

7.
Submission of bidding documents: the bidding documents must be sealed and delivered to the bid opening place before the bid deadline on the day of bid opening.
Tender documents delivered late or not in compliance with the regulations will not be accepted.

8.
Bidding method: domestic public bidding.

9.
Requirements on the qualification level, performance and capital of bidders:

(1) A unit registered in the People's Republic of China, with legal personality and good performance records, and capable of responding to the requirements of the bidding documents (a copy of a valid business license must be provided with the official seal of the bidder);

(2) Bidders shall abide by the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding" and other relevant Chinese laws and regulations;

(3) The bidder is the organization that has purchased the bidding documents from the bidding agency;

(4) This project only accepts direct bidding from manufacturers;

(5) The bidder must have a paint product safety production license (a copy of the corresponding qualification certificate must be provided with the bidder's official seal and bound in the bidding document);

(6) The bidder must have an ISO9001 quality management system certification certificate (a copy of the corresponding certification certificate must be provided with the official seal of the bidder and bound in the bidding documents);

(7) This project does not accept consortium bidding.

The above 9.
(1)-(7) are all "veto items", and the bids will be rejected if they fail to meet the requirements.
