Sinopec LCO aromatics production plant is at full capacity

The project was jointly completed by Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute, Sinopec Engineering Construction Company and Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company, using LCO to make lightweight aromatics and cracking materials
