    Sinopec Group will launch the first green hydrogen refining project-Ordos 10,000 tons / year green power hydrogen production project.


    According to reports, the project will be carried out by Xinxing Petroleum Company, and the green hydrogen produced will be used by the Zhongtian Hechuang Coal Chemical Project.


    It is reported that the project is a power source, grid, load-storage integration and multi-energy complementary project, which will have demonstration significance for the development of green hydrogen refining and will also help Zhongtian Hechuang to reduce carbon emissions and improve production efficiency.


    Previously, Sinopec has announced that Sinopec's Inner Mongolia Ordos Wind Power Photovoltaic Hydrogen Production Project has planned an annual hydrogen production capacity of 20,000 tons, including two parts, the electrolysis water hydrogen production project and the new energy power generation project.
