On March 9 , the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Notice on the Issuance of the Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production in 6 Industries including Chemical Raw Materials", which involves chemical raw materials, sulfuric acid, regenerated rubber, germanium, accommodation, catering, freshwater aquaculture ( ponds ) 6 sectors, since 2021 Nian 4 Yue 1 implementation date.

The "Notice" emphasizes that the system will guide related industries and enterprises to implement cleaner production, implement the whole process control concept of source prevention, process control and end treatment, realize "energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency increase", and effectively promote the industry's green and low Carbon transformation and upgrading.
The "Notice" clearly stipulates the grading benchmark values of the six industrial cleaner production indicators.
The cleaner production evaluation index system of the sulfuric acid industry starts from promoting the implementation of cleaner production by sulfuric acid production enterprises, continuously reducing resource and energy consumption, and reducing the generation and discharge of pollutants.
The clean production evaluation index system of the recycled rubber industry starts from improving the intensive production level of the recycled rubber industry, increasing the proportion of waste rubber utilization in my country, and realizing the green and low-carbon transformation.
It stipulates the comprehensive energy consumption of crushing, desulfurization, recycled rubber, waste rubber recycling rate, The grading reference value of indicators such as hydrogen sulfide content and non-methane total hydrocarbon content.
