On December 30, 2022, Cai Lianchun, vice president of SK Zhixin, a subsidiary of SK Group of South Korea, and Chang Tao, CEO of Beijing Yingchuang Renewable Resources Recycling Co.
, held a signing ceremony
for SK Zhixin's investment in Yingchuang food-grade recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plant.
SK Zhixin announced that through this investment, it will become a shareholder of Yingchuang's Yingchuang Huizhi subsidiary and jointly promote the development of
China's plastic recycling industry.
In addition, the capital injection will accelerate the company's strategic layout in China's plastic recycling market, and at the same time play a positive role
in promoting Yingchuang's international market expansion.
The strong alliance between the two parties is also of significant significance
to the upgrading of the domestic plastic recycling industry chain and even the development of the industry.
Yingchuang is a leading enterprise in the sustainable utilization of renewable resources in China, with three strategic business segments: Yingchuang Huizhi, Yingchuang Hi-Tech and Baopu Recycling, focusing on recycling channels, recycling plants and sustainable lifestyle business models
Among them, Yingchuang Huizhi recycled PET factory has a food-grade recycled polyester chip production line
built earlier in China.
