Skanska will build a hydroelectric power plant in the Norwegian city of Tolga in Hedmark at a cost of NOK 582 million (approximately SEK 630 million).
According to the report, construction will begin this month and is intended to be completed
in 2021.
The hydroelectric power plant will generate 205 GWh per year and power
10,000 homes.
The Tolga power plant is the third hydroelectric power plant
built by Skanska for Eidsiva Vannkraft since 2014.
Eidsiva Vannkraft, representing Opplandskraft, is a customer of Skanska and is responsible for the construction and operation
of the entire power plant.
The order is included in
Skanska Nordic's order for the third quarter of 2018.
