    Apex Frozen Foods, one of India's largest shrimp processors, opened a new plant in Andhra Pradesh two years ago, but it is currently operating at less than 50% capaci.

    Apex plans to improve more value-added processing lines to produce cooked, shelled, headed, shrimp, breaded shrimp and other produc.
